Discovery (initialize, tools/list, resources/list, prompts/list, ezt://guidance/* and ezt://part-layers* reads) is open; every tools/call, Tasks method and other resource read requires this header and returns 401 with WWW-Authenticate and error.code=AUTH_REQUIRED without it.
